BF-37: The NEW Franky

It's the new Franky! I didn't draw this, I just colored it and added lighting and shadows using Photoshop. Eiichiro Oda drew this pic of Franky in chapter 599 of One Piece. I used the color spread from chapter 598 as a reference, and colored Franky using the colors Oda used. I really like how it turned out, and I'm liking Franky's new look!
